Refund Policy Returns Unused/Unopened Non Giveaway Items: 14 Days. After production has started, no changes can be made. Holsters may only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect. We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping, mishandling by USPS, or for lost packages; however, we will do our best to help find a fair resolution. All returns are at the sole discretion of Standard Co USA and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All refunds and or cancellations are subject to a 30% fee. As an alternative, customers may choose to receive store credit in place of any fees.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please note that all holsters are custom-made to each customer’s specifications. If you need to make changes to your order (such as gun model, color, or sweat guard), adjustments may be possible only if production has not yet begun.
